The flags I make started out as a tribute to a close friend of mine, who was an amazing painter/carpenter/all around great guy.  Dave had started painting a waving flag that I was going to build a frame for, and we were going to present it to our City Hall once it was finished.  Dave passed away before he finished the painting, and I knew I had to make something to finish at least one project we had going.  I am not a painter, so I made my first and second 3D wooden waving flags.  I donated them in Dave’s Memory to our city hall and Police station.

(Hopefully he doesn’t mind me showing an unfinished painting, because to him, if it didn’t have a signature, it wasn’t ready. lol)

Furniture is my passion and I also love creating custom lamps and other home
