Hello vendors, and welcome to the Pine Log Vintage Market! We are very excited that you are considering representing your company at our outdoor market in Brookland, Arkansas this coming Spring! This event will be held on Friday, April 25th and Saturday, April 26th, 2025 on the historic Head Dairy Farm at 922 CR 762 (Pine Log Road).

Brookland, Arkansas is located in northern Craighead County, eight miles northeast of downtown Jonesboro and twelve miles south of Paragould. Memphis is also a little over one hour away. With approximately eight hundred thousand people within one hundred miles of Brookland, we anticipate that our event will be well attended. By utilizing various forms of advertising and marketing, including strategic social media partnerships with our key vendors, we plan to make the Pine Log Vintage Market the premier outdoor Spring market in Arkansas!

The Pine Log Vintage Market is currently accepting applications from vendors specializing in vintage, antique, re-purposed and handmade items. Vintage inspired clothing and home decor is also accepted. Food vendors, chefs, gardeners and artists are all invited to showcase their talents!

Booth spaces are available in three sizes and there are a limited number of each size booth available:

Our Pine Log Market Booth Ideas page will help you with setting up your vendor booth within the three different space sizes we offer.

This is a rain or shine event with no refunds due to weather.

No electricity is available. However, quiet generators may be used. Vendors will provide their own tents and chairs. Booth spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

The open hours for patrons of the 2025 Pine Log Vintage Market are Friday, April 25, 2025 from 9AM to 5PM and Saturday, April 26th, 2025 from 9AM to 4PM. Vendor set up times are Thursday, April 24, 2025 from 9AM to 5PM, and Friday, April 25, 2025 from 7AM to 8:30AM. The event officially opens and closes by the ringing of our dinner bell.

Security is provided on Thursday and Friday night.

Vendors must set up both Friday and Saturday of the event. Setting up for one day or setting up late is not allowed. Will you be able to set up both days? *

10' x 20' Booth Space for $135 (200 Square Feet)
20' x 20' Booth Space for $160 (400 Square Feet, our Best Value!)

A 50% non-refundable deposit will secure your booth space and is due within 30 days of approval of your application. Booth spaces must be paid in full by April 1st, 2025. Failure to pay your non-refundable deposit payment within 30 days of application approval will result in forfeiture of your booth space. Failure to pay in full by April 1, 2025 may result in the loss of your booth space for the 2025 Pine Log Vintage Market. There are a limited number of each size booth space available. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather. This is a rain or shine event.
